Decipher and Worlds Apart have teamed up to create an online version of Decipher's best-selling The Lord Of The Rings Trading Card Game, and Star Trek Customizable Card Game. When Decipher develops an expansion set for either game, Worlds Apart brings those cards online before the printed cards hit the shelves. Worlds Apart offers online events that parallel the Decipher Game Management Authority's Premier Series.
Two of Worlds Apart's games, The Eternal City and Grendel's Revenge, are published by Skotos, purveyor of fine text-based games.
The Colorado Game Developers Association is a local group of computer game developers. It's the oldest continuously meeting game development interest group in the country, founded 12 years ago by Mark Baldwin, Eric Dybsand and Bob Rukowski.
The Eternal City is written on top of the fine software produced by The Cold Project. TEC is one of the most robust and content-rich text-based games around, and Genesis has proved capable of handling it. Today, we back most of the new development of Genesis so that TEC can continue to be a groundbreaking game.
