Designed to help you organise your online and offline cards, as well as build decks, it's available for download in the Collection section of the LotR Online TCG web site. Remember, it's a test release, so please be patient with any performance issues or bugs you find. We'd greatly appreciate your help in improving the final version, so please use the bug tracking system to report any problems you find.
